Work requests may be made by phone or email, however the actual job must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that it can be properly scheduled and subsequently tracked.
All email submissions will be acknowledged within 6 hours during my standard business hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If you do not receive acknowledgement, please call 07870978899 to check that I have received it.
Unless agreed in advance, all job submissions must include all details required to complete the task, such as documents, templates, passwords, instructions. The work cannot be scheduled until all information is received and acknowledged.
- All payments to GLOSSVA are due within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
- All hours are billed either at the standard, special package or out-of-hours rates as detailed when I schedule the job
- Any additional office expenses incurred will be charged at cost and billed separately. Such expenses include stationery, telephone calls, postage, couriers etc.
- Bulk printing will be outsourced and charged at cost (over 25 copies) and will be billed separately.
It is up to you to check work which I return and raise any queries within 2 business days. I will rectify errors as soon as possible at no charge.
- All work received by 5pm will be entered into our tracking system and scheduled for completion.
- I usually complete all smaller tasks of one hour or less during the following day. Completion of larger tasks depends on the work involved.
- You can contact me for a delivery estimate when requesting my services. I will always provide a completion time once it is scheduled.
- For urgent jobs, where I charge an additional fee, I will schedule the job and provide a completion time immediately.
